Staff and students at IT Tralee celebrated  Proclamation Day on Tuesday 15th March with a Flag Ceremony at the North Campus.The Irish Flag was raised by academic staff member Gerry Gallagher and Students Union President Ben Slimm. The Proclamation was read academic staff member by Lucy Crowe and the National Anthem was performed by Tenor Soloist Dan Twomey. The event was followed by a short talk on "The Importance of Commemoration" by Helen O'Caroll, Curator of  Kerry County Museum.
